Shipping and returns

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a discreet billing descriptor. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Standard delivery arrives in 3 to 6 business days.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and pleasure products can only be returned unopened and unused within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost.
