- Is the packaging discreet?
- Yes. Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with no brand names, product images or wording that hints at the contents. The return label uses a neutral sender name.
- How discreet is the charge on my statement?
- Your statement shows a neutral descriptor rather than a product description.
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the US. Shipping is free on orders over $59.
- Can I return an item?
- Unopened apparel and accessories can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or removed from its sealed packaging, and any personal pleasure item once opened, cannot be returned.
- How do I find my size?
- Sizes are listed on each product page and vary by brand. When a style runs small or large we note it in the description. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up.
- Is my payment secure?
- Payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
- Do I need an account to order?
- No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you track orders and save addresses.
